Q: How are shipping charges determined?
A: The shipping charge is based on the products' weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your cart, you will see the shipping charge based on standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. When you input the shipping address and shipping method during the checkout process, the shipping rate will be updated accordingly.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: It depends on the status of the items you order and the shipping method you select. For all in-stock orders placed before 2:30 p.m. will be processed to ship within 24 hours. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. The estimated arrival date is after processing time. Please see the chart below for details by shipping method:

Q: How can I get FREE shipping?
A: You can get FREE standard shipping for all OurSure products. Any items or promotions that refer to "Free Shipping" are applicable for Standard Delivery only and within the Contiguous U.S. only.
(FREE shipping offers do not apply for orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States).
Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: After your order is shipped, you will get an email confirmation. Please note that a tracking number is not available for International Expedited shipping. If you have additional questions, please email us at info@oursure.com
Q: Which shipping carrier does Oursure.com use?
A: Oursure.com uses U.S. Postal Services (USPS) as the courier for Standard, Expedited and Express shipping.
(When using standard and expedited shipped methods, we cannot request or guarantee delivery by time.)
Q: Do you process order on weekends or holidays?
A: No. Standard, expedited and express orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders place during these times will begin processing on the next business day.
Important Information for International Orders
Quotes for shipping outside the U.S. do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), import consumption taxes, or custom brokerage fees You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. All items must be in stock before shipping You may contact the local custom office to see whether there is any hold up at the custom. Please allow 1 – 10 business days for custom processing.
Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days (for international orders, 40-50 days). To receive a full refund all items must be in their original condition with undamaged packaging. We do not refund shipping charges and we will not refund for used and/or washed items. Dirty dress will be returned to the customer, without evaluation. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Please contact us at info@oursure.com advance if you need to return or exchange. Do not return any products without prior notification.
Defective Item Policy
Oursure.com inspects each item prior to leaving our warehouse. If you do receive a defective product, please contact us at info@oursure.com. We strive to keep our quality high and we will compensate your return shipping charge. We will offer a full refund or replacement free of shipping and handling charges once the defective product is returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us if you need to return or exchange.
Exchange and return accepted in case of defect products and we will compensate your return shipping charge. In case of discretionary (non-defective) returns, full refund (except shipping charges) will be provided if the product is in original condition with undamaged packaging.
To receive a full refund all items must be in their original packaging and condition, we will not refund for used and/or washed items. Please allow 6 to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Please contact infor@oursure.com in advance. Do not return any products without prior notification.
